When the candidate you referred successfully changes jobs, we pay you approximately 20% of the fee the recruitment agency would have received. This applies only when the job change is made through our partner company.

Our partner company takes care of everything else. Please note that we do not engage in any job-matching activities ourselves.

Our partner companies have strong pipelines with businesses where diverse talent thrives in Japan and across Asia — including major Japanese automakers, American IT consulting firms, and large SaaS companies, among others. On this platform, we only list companies that have passed rigorous screening and strictly adhere to compliance standards. Unlike other social networks, you won't be flooded with mass sales emails, so you can use it with peace of mind.
03How the Service Worksflow
(STEP 1) You: Register the Referral
Register your friend's information using the Friend Referral Form below. Please also let your friend know that they will receive an email from us within 5 minutes.
(STEP 2) Us: We Send an Email to Your Friend Within 5 Minutes
We will email your friend requesting their consent to register on our site and to acknowledge our personal information protection policy. Once your friend completes this registration, you will also receive a notification email. If you don't receive that notification, please follow up with your friend directly to encourage them to complete the registration.
(STEP 3) Partner Company: Your Friend Will Be Contacted by a Partner Company
Based on the conditions your friend registered, a partner company will reach out to them directly. From that point on, the partner company handles everything. Please stay in touch with your friend as well — they'll appreciate you helping them assess whether the company is a good fit. Please note that whether or not a partner company contacts the referred person is entirely at the partner company's discretion, and we have no involvement in that communication.
(STEP 4) Us: We Pay Your Reward When Your Friend Successfully Changes Jobs
If your friend successfully changes jobs (joins a company) through one of our partner companies, we will pay both you and your friend a "Assistance Fee." We will pay 20% of the fee received by the partner company for that successful placement — 10% to you and 10% to your friend. Payment will be made at the end of the month after your friend has been employed for 7 months.
Please note that if your friend has already been referred to our platform by someone else, the referral payment to you will not be applicable.
■Payment Example: If the offered annual salary is ¥8,000,000■
Partner company's fee: ¥2,400,000
Your payment: ¥240,000 (10% of ¥2,400,000)
Your friend's payment: ¥240,000 (10% of ¥2,400,000)
Please note that bank transfer fees (2.5%) and taxes (15%) will be deducted from the above amounts.
If your friend joins on January 1st, the transfer date for both you and your friend will be July 31st.
If you cannot wait 7 months, please contact us separately.
If payment is needed 2 months after joining, we can pay 4% of the fee received by the partner company for the successful placement. However, this will be a one-time payment only.
